Dr. Rogers received his medical degree from The Ohio State University in 1968. He completed his internship and residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. His fellowship was at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Rogers serves as Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at Columbus Children's Hospital and a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology in the Department of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health.
